摘要
护理人文教育在塑造护生健康人格,树立正确价值观和养成优秀职业素养方面具有积极作用。文章通过对学院护理人文教育教学方案进行分析,总结学院护理人文教育的成功经验,查找不足,提出改进和完善的对策与建议,着力构建基于卫生类高职院校实际的护理专业人文教育培养模式,提升护生的综合素质。
The humanistic education plays an active tire role in molding healthy personality,setting up the correct values and having a good profes- sional quality. With the analysis of the humanistic education program in nursing in Suzhou Health College, this article summarizes the success- ful experience of humanistic education in this profession, puts forward the improvement, perfects the countermeasure and the suggestion, brings out ideas for improvement and focuses on building a training mode of humanistic education based on the practice in nursing in health colleges, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students.
