摘要
对企业技术创新能力进行了系统分析，建立了企业技术创新能力评价的指标体系。利用模糊数学等工具建立了企业技术创新能力综合评价与诊断模型，并在此基础上设计了企业创新能力评价诊断计算机支持系统。最后给出了一个实际应用案例。
It systematically analyze the enterprise innovation capabilities,and set up an index system for the valuation by using fuzzy method and establish a fuzzy model for the evaluating and diagnosing of the enterprise synthetically innovation capability.And then,design a computer support system for it.Finally,one practical application example is given.
