摘要
许多矿山开采技术经济和管理领域中的决策问题需要决策者对某一方案或某一方案集进行多目标综合评价来评价该方案的优劣性或各方案的优先顺序。作者在解决离散型问题中常用的决策方法ELECRRE 和 TOPISIS 方法基础上提出一种可用于进行多目标综合评价的决策模型,并将其命名为 TOPISIS—ELECTRE 方法。以这一方法作为主要决策方法所开发的计算机决策支持系统可以用于单方案的可行性和分级评价,亦可用于有限多方案的择优或筛选排序和评级。
In Solving many decision making problems concerned with mineral economics or minemanagement decision maker is often equested to make a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility,ranks,optimum selection of classification on one or a set of alternatives with a set ofmultipleobjectives.a decision method named TOPISIS—ELECTRE is developed to provide a tool forthe evaluation based on the TOPISIS and ELECTRE decision model which are both constantly usedfor solving the finit-alternatives decision problems.A computer decision assistant program is createdin term of the principle this new method rely on and it can be effectively employed to assist thedecision makers to solve the problems mentioned previously.
