摘要
企业自主开发能力是企业技术来源的重要方式 ,而对其进行科学的评价是正确认识并提高企业自主开发能力的基础。文章对企业自主开发能力进行了系统分析 ,建立了企业自主开发能力评价的指标体系 ,应用二级模糊综合评判方法 ,建立了评定科技开发能力的数学模型 ,合理客观地考虑了影响科技开发能力的多种因素之间相互作用的模糊性。最后给出一个评价的实例。
Enterprise independent exploitation,which is the main source of technique for enterprise,needs to be understood correctly and evaluated scientifically so as to improve such exploitation ability. This paper systematically analyzes the enterprise independent exploitation capabilities and sets up an index system for the evaluation. A mathematic model of evaluating the enterprise independent exploitation capabilities is established with the method of two degree fuzzy synthetical evaluation. The model takes into account the fuzziness of the interaction among the various factors affecting enterprise independent exploitation capabilities in a reasonable and objective way. Finally, one practical application example is given.
