摘要
对乡镇财政能力综合评价指标体系进行了探讨,研究了建立乡镇财政能力综合评价指标体系的设计原则和评价模式,构建了较为科学、全面的乡镇财政能力综合评价指标体系。
This article probes into the comprehensive evaluation index system about the fiscal capacity of townships,and discusses on the designing principle and evaluating model of building it.Then in constructs a relatively scientific and overall evaluation index system about the townships' fiscal capacity.
