摘要
通过原材料选择、配合比设计、混凝土性能检测,研制出了满足设计要求的C50饰面清水混凝土,并在生产与应用时采取一系列的质量保证措施,将其成功应用于武广客运专线武汉站工程的单箱五室鱼腹式现浇预应力箱梁。结果表明:该混凝土不仅具有良好的饰面效果,而且具有良好的耐久性能。
By means of raw material selection,concrete mix proportion design and performance testing,C50 dedicated fair-faced concrete is successfully developed which meets the design requirements.During the process of production and application,a series of quality assurance measures are used successfully on fish-bellied and single box with five rooms in-situ casting prestressed box girder in Wuhan Station of Wuhan-Guangzhou passenger dedicated line.The results show that the concrete not only has apparent decorative effect,but also has good durability.
