摘要
以表面气孔面积百分率为指标,利用正交设计原理分析了粉煤灰、UEA膨胀剂和消泡剂等因素对清水混凝土表观质量的影响。得出结论:粉煤灰和膨胀剂是影响混凝土表观质量的主要因素,通过调整配合比可以从根本上改善混凝土的表观质量。
In this thesis, the surface quality of as-cast-finish concrete is studied with the index of area percentage. Through the crossing tests, the influences of fly ash,expansion agent and foam resistance agent are analyzed. It is concluded that fly ash and expansion agent are the main factors influencing the surface quality of concrete and the surface quality can be improved essentially by adjusting the mix ratio.
