摘要
混凝土养护剂和防护剂的种类繁多,作用机理各异,对混凝土的耐久性能有较大影响。本文在总结有机类、无机类和有机无机复合类养护剂和防护剂研究进展的基础上,分析了其共同作用、机理和特点;同时针对现有清水混凝土工艺复杂和成本增加的实际情况,提出养护、防护、装饰一体化的技术路线;并在此理念基础上,结合养护剂和防护剂的作用特点,制备了一种多功能仿清水混凝土养护防护剂,并对其未来发展进行了展望,以期为混凝土养护防护剂的进一步应用提供参考。
Concrete curing agents and protection agents vary widely in type and mechanism of action,significantly impacting concrete durability.This paper summarizes the research progress in organic,inorganic,and organic-inorganic composite curing agents and protection agents,analyzing their common functions,mechanisms,and characteristics.Addressing the practical challenges of complex processes and increased costs associated with existing fair-faced concrete techniques,it proposes an integrated technology approach combining curing,protection,and decoration.Building on this concept and leveraging the functional characteristics of curing agents and protection agents,a multifunctional imitation fair-faced concrete curing-protection agent is developed.Future prospects for such agents are discussed to provide references for their further application.
