我国新型模板技术的发展 被引量:19

LATEST DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY OF CONSTRUCTION FORM SYSTEM IN CHINA

摘要 20年来 ,我国新型模板技术的发展概况主要表现在:模板技术已初步形成组合式、工具式、永久式三大体系 ;现浇楼盖模板采用早拆工艺已得到广泛应用;以竹代钢、以竹代木发展模板面板已逐步得到建筑业的认可 ;爬升模板已成为用于高层、超高层建筑和高耸构筑物最有发展前途的新型模板技术。作为建设部重点推广的十项新技术之一 ,模板技术的不断进步将推进我国建筑技术突飞猛进的发展。 In past two decades main development of new types of form system presented in several respects:(1) already evolved into three systems: compound style; tool style and permanent style; (2) early removing technique of form system for roof cast-in-situ is widely applied; (3)traditional steel and wood form being replaced by bamboo has been accepted by construction industry; (4) climbing form has become most preferable form system for high rise or super high building construction. As one of ten new technology which are promoted to get popular by the Construction Ministry continuous improvement of form technology will promote a rapid development of construction technology of China.
