摘要
开放获取是指可以在公共因特网上免费地获取信息资源,允许任何用户阅读、下载、复制、发布、打印和查找,或者提供对这些论文文本的链接,对其进行索引、将其作为素材纳入软件以及其它任何法律许可的应用。"开放获取运动"是一种新的学术文献出版和学术交流方式,旨在实现科学研究成果的世界共享,形成可供教学科研自由使用的信息资源。本文通过对吉林省信息服务机构的开放获取资源进行调查的基础上,对我省在利用开放获取资源方面的现状进行分析。
Open Access is a free information resource in the internet,which allows any user to read,download,copy,publish,print,search.It may link these text,index these text and put those material into software and be applied in any law permission.＂open access activity＂ is a new kind style of information pulishing and academic exchanging.Its purpose is to realize world share of scientific results,and become free information resources for teaching and scientific research.The article analysis the present condition based on the open access resources in Jilin province.
