摘要
从开放存取的概念入手,分析了目前文献信息流存在的困难,指出了OA在网络环境下的重要作用及其实现途径,它是一种新的文献交流和获得模式,最后明确图书馆应该以理性态度加以利用。
The paper analyzes the concept of open access, discusses the difficulty of document delivery and the advantages of OA, which is a new way in sharing information resources, and library should rationally make use of.
