摘要
为弄清农业科学类科技核心期的开放获取状况,采用文献计量学及网页调查的方法,以《中文核心期刊要目总览》(2011版)收录的农业科学类科技核心期刊为调查对象,对其开放获取的规模、途径、时效性、内容和格式等方面进行了调查分析。结果表明:在检索到的141种核心期刊中,建有网页的期刊有113种,达80.14%;开展开放获取服务的期刊104种,达73.76%;一刊单独建网页上网的期刊达109种,占建有网页的期刊96.46%;依托主办单位建网页上网的期刊仅4种;开放获取的时间最早的回溯到1950年;开放的时效性方面,参与开放获取的104种期刊在开放的实时性上没有比印刷型期刊出版提前的,与印刷型同步的期刊有67种,其余期刊均有不同程度的延迟;目录、摘要和全文开放是论文的主要开放方式;无全文开放获取的期刊达73种,全文开放的期刊为68种。
The core science and technology journals of agricultural sciences recoreded in GCJC（2011）were investigated by bibliometrics and web-based survey from the aspects of scale,channels,timeliness,content and format of open-access information to understand the open-access information status from the core science and technology journals of agricultural sciences.The results showed that the journals with webpage service and journals with open-access service were 113 and 104,accounting for 80.14% and 73.76% among 141 retrieved core journals respectively,of which,109 journals had built oneself independent webpages,accounting for 96.46%.The earliest open-access year could be traced back to 1950.The open-access real-time of 104 journals all was not before the publishment time of their printed forms but the open-access service of 67 journals could be got synchronously with the printed forms.The main open patterns of the thesises were catalogue,Abstract and whole text.The journals with and without full text open-access were 68 and 73 separately.
