瓜蒌霜化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:17

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from frost-like powder of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.

摘要 目的研究瓜蒌子炮制品-瓜蒌霜的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为(3α)-3,29-di-hydroxy-7-oxomultiflor-8-ene-3,29-diyl dibenzoate(1)、3,29-二苯甲酰氧栝楼二醇(3,29-dibenzoy-loxykarounidiol,2)、5α,8α-表二氧化麦角甾-6,22E-二烯-3β-醇(5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol,3)、5α,8α-表二氧化麦角甾-6,9(11),22E-三烯-3β-醇(5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9(11),22E-trien-3β-ol,4)、豆甾-7,22,25-三烯-3-醇(stigmasta-7,22,25-trien-3-ol,5)、豆甾-7,22-二烯-3-醇(stig-masta-7,22-dien-3-ol,6)、对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,7)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,8)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,9)、丹皮酚(paeonol,10)。结论化合物2-4、7、10为首次从栝楼属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from frost-like powder of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified by the physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Ten compounds were obtained and identified as(3α)-3,29-dihydroxy-7-oxomultiflor-8-ene-3,29-diyl dibenzoate(1),3,29-dibenzoyloxykarounidiol(2),5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol(3),5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9(11),22E-trien-3β-ol(4),stigmasta-7,22,25-trien-3-ol(5),stigmasta-7,22-dien-3-ol(6),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7),β-sitosterol(8),daucosterol(9),paeonol(10).Conclusions Compounds 24,7 and 10 are isolated from genus Trichosanthes for the first time.
