摘要
栝楼属植物药用资源丰富,该属植物作为常用中药在民间得到广泛应用。文章对20世纪90年代以来栝楼属12种药用植物中分离得到的化学成分按照结构类型进行了分类、整理,并对其中典型化合物的药理活性进行了概述,为栝楼属的深入研究提供一定的基础,也对今后研究的重点提出了建议。
Trichosanthes L.is a sizable flora in Cucurbitaceae,which has great pharmaceutical values in clinical practice.From the previous studies,it can be acquired that there are plenty of terpenoids,flavonoids and steroids in the genus.In order to get a complete and basal understanding of Trichosanthes,the major chemical constituents and the pharmacological activities of some typical compounds in this genus were summarized.
