摘要
欧美的职业篮球水平及其相关法制建设在世界处于领先地位。为学习国外先进经验,服务我国职业篮球改革发展,从俱乐部、运动员法律地位、俱乐部运行、处罚措施、纠纷解决几个方面分析了欧美的职业篮球法律、法规。欧美的法律、法规启示我国,应结合国情,加强职业体育立法、理顺法律关系和管理权限、完善监督和仲裁制度,才有利于职业篮球的快速发展。
The professional basketball level and laws construction of America and Europe country is in the van of the wodd. To emulate the successfully experience serve our professional basketball reforms, the paper analyied the professional basketball law systems of America and Europe countries from legal status of club and athlete, club operate, legal penalties, dispute resolution. It reveal us combine our country conditions, strengthen professional sports legislation, straighten out the relationships of laws and management powers, improve supervision and arbitration systems to develope the professional basketball.
