摘要
欧美国家的政治、经济、文化是职业体育法制形成的重要基础,整个法律的大环境以及职业体育的行规建设也对职业体育法制的形成起到了促进作用。职业体育的法制建设涉及到的因素很多,每个环节都不容忽视,必须给予全方位的考虑。
The politics, economy and culture of European and American countries are major bases of the legal system for professional sports. The overall legal environment and professional sports regulation construction also promote the formation of legal system for professional sports. The legal construction for professional sports involves many factors. Due consideration should be given to each link for they cannot be neglected.
