摘要
体育运动的快速发展导致越来越多的体育争端,如何解决体育争端已成为需要研究的问题。从美国、意大利、加拿大、德国、日本等国以及国际体育仲裁院仲裁制度的特点、仲裁院的构成及功能方面介绍世界体育仲裁的发展情况,并针对我国体育仲裁的现状提出意见。
With the rapid development of sports movement,more and more sports disputes are caused.How to solve sports disputes becomes an urgent and necessary problem.This paper introduces development of world sports arbitration from the angle of characteristics of international sports arbitration,structure and function of arbitration court in American,Italia,Canada,Germany and Japan.Based on current condition of our sports arbitration,some suggestions are put forwarded.
