摘要
从职业篮球俱乐部的成立、我国职业篮球俱乐部的外部关系、与运动员有关的法律问题、与我国职业篮球俱乐部经营开发有关的法律法规以及关于体育纠纷的问题五个方面进行论述 。
In this article, the author makes the discussion from five aspects: the foundation of professional basketball club, the external relation of professional basketball club, the legal issue with players, the laws and regulations related with market management, sports dissension in order to find out the developing way suiting our professional basketball club.
