摘要
研究了高分子耐寒改性剂对PVG电缆料耐低温性能的影响以及抗氧剂体系、稳定剂体系对PVG电缆料耐老化性的影响,最终确定的最佳汽车用环保PVG电缆料配方为PVG,100份;增塑剂A/EX3S,50份;稳定剂A,6~8份;GPE,10份;耐磨改性剂A,10份;高岭土,10份;润滑剂,适量;1010,0.8份;抗氧剂A,0.8份;耐寒改性剂B,15份。
Influences of polymeric cold resistance modifiers on the low temperature resistance of PVC cable materials were studied as well as the influences of antioxidant system and stabilizer system on the ageing resistance of PVC cable materials. The optimum formula of environmentalfriendly PVC cables for automobiles was obtained: PVC 100, plasticizer A/DOS 50, stabilizer A 6 - 8, CPE 10, and antifriction modifier A 10, kaolin 10, some lubricant, 1010 0.8, antioxidant A 0.8, cold resistance modifier B 15 parts.
