摘要
对环氧化度为 5 0 %的环氧化天然橡胶 (ENR -5 0 )改性软质聚氯乙烯 (PVC)体系的性能进行了研究 ,并用动态力学和电镜分析了PVC与ENR -5 0的相容性。结果表明 :适量的ENR -5 0可明显改善软质PVC的性能 ,而且PVC的相对分子质量越大 ,PVC/ENR -5 0共混材料的性能越好。虽然DMA测试PVC/ENR -5 0共混材料只有 1个玻璃化转变温度 (Tg) 。
The properties of soft poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) modified with epoxidized natural rubber containing 50% of oxirane group(ENR-50) were studied,and the compatibility between PVC and ENR-50 was analyzed by DMA and TME.The result showed that appropriate amount of ENR-50 could improv the properties of soft PVC apparently.The higher the relative molecular mass of PVC,the better the properties of PVC and ENR-50 blend.Though there was a T g in the blend,it was incompletely compatible between PVC and ENR-50 in microscale.
