摘要
以优质90#重交道路石油沥青为基质沥青、APAO及APP为改性剂,添加适量增塑剂及填料制成改性料并涂覆于长纤聚酯毡表面,制备了一种道桥用耐高温改性沥青防水卷材,并利用正交试验对原材料配比进行了优化。结果表明:基质沥青添加量为50%、增塑剂加入量为2%、APAO加入量为16%、APP加入量为4%时制得的防水卷材物理力学性能最优,且各项指标满足JC/T 974—2005的要求。
Modified material was prepared by 90#heavy road asphalt as matrix asphalt, APAO and APP as modifiers, and adding moderate plasticizer and filler. A thermostability modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for road and bridge was produced by coating the modified material on the surface of long fiber polyester felt. The ratio of raw materials was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the membrane possessed the best physical and mechanical properties when the content of matrix asphalt was 50%, APAO was 16% and APP was 4%, and the indicators met the requirements of standard JC/T 974—2005.
