摘要
探讨了环保型聚氯乙烯(PVC)电缆料的基本配方和制备工艺,重点研究了钙/锌稳定剂的使用和绝缘料中陶土的添加量。列举了环保型PVC电缆料的基础配方,研制了80℃等级环保型PVC电缆料。测试结果表明,该电缆料的各项性能及其制备的电线电缆均符合国家相关标准要求。
The basic formula and manufacturing process of environmentally friendly PyC cable material were discussed, especially the application of CalZn stabilizer and dosage of argil in insulated material were studied. The basic formula of environmentally friendly PVC cable material was enumelated, and the enviromentally friendly PVC cable material of 80℃ grade was developed. The testing results show that the properties of the cable material and the cable made of it all comply with the related national standard.
