元宝枫芽变材料的遗传变异分析

摘要 基于对元宝枫芽变材料的遗传稳定性和与原母本材料的遗传差异性的研究,对以元宝枫芽变材料为接穗的83株元宝枫植株的秋叶变色变异性状开展了田间观测、叶片花苷色素含量测定及扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)遗传变异性分析。结果表明多态性位点占总扩增位点的平均比例为4.45%。田间观测发现芽变株在变色效果和花色素苷含量等方面都与原母本株存在着显著差异。其中芽变枝的秋叶变色率增加了70%,秋叶最佳变色期叶片花色素苷含量增加了1倍。该变异性状可通过无性繁殖稳定成为一个新品系。 It was carried out to observe variety characteristics of autumn leaves color and anthocyanin content in leaves that belong to physiological activated material. And then genetic analysis based on AFLP was completed. The results were that the genetic distance between the variety bud and the pistil late plant was rather close. But the variety was also clear. In it the amount polyphonic zone was 4.45% of total expand zones that was change between the mutation bud and the pistil late plant is rather clear on gene level. About that has been proved by observe result ofAcer truncatum Bunge. Variety characteristic of mutation bud were given below:the color time of the autumn leaves had being moved up and percent of the autumn leaves color and feminine charms of color have being improved.
