摘要
概述了林木遗传图谱的构建方法、策略及其现状,并综述了国内外林木遗传图谱在数量性状基因位点定位和分析、分子标记辅助育种中应用研究的最新进展。
Genetic linkage map is the base of systematic stu dy of forest trees on molecular level.It is important both on theoretical aspect a nd on practical application in which great advances have been made in recent yea rs.In this paper,the map construction and its applications are summarized.
