不同密度对五角枫二年生苗生长和色素含量的影响

Effects of Different Densities on the Growth and Leaf Pigment Concentrations of Acer mono maxim Seedling after 2-Year Cultivation

摘要 对五角枫进行不同密度(60、90、120和150万株.hm-2)的五角枫苗木培育。二年后进行生长调查发现,密度为120万株·hm-2苗高最大,90万株.hm-2的次之,而60和150万株.hm-2的苗高最小;密度为60、90、120万株·hm-2的五角枫苗平均地径没有显著差异,而显著大于密度为150万株.hm-2的五角枫苗。对苗木生长季(7月底至9月底)叶的色素含量进行测定发现,五角枫苗叶绿素含量不断下降,花青素含量不断上升。高密度培育(150万株·hm-2)的五角枫苗花青素含量上升最大,而低密度(60万株·hm-2)的上升最小。因此,考虑苗木生长状况,应优先选择120万株·hm-2的培育密度,而考虑苗木的变色效果,则应选择150万株.hm-2的培育密度。 Acer mono maxim seedlings were cultivated in different densities(0.6、0.9、1.2 and 1.5 million stems·hm-2,respectively)in Laizhou Forest Experimental Farm of Fujian Province.The survey after 2 years growth revealed that the highest mean height occurred in the seedlings in 1.2 million stems·hm-2,followed by the seedlings in 0.9 million stems·hm-2,and the lowest was in the 0.6 and 1.5 million stems·hm-2;the average ground diameters for the seedlings in different cultivation densities were not significantly different among 0.6,0.9 and 1.2 million stems·hm-2,but were significantly lower for the seedlings in 1.5 million stems·hm-2.The result of pigment determination showed that there was a continuous rise for the leave chlorophyll concentration and a decline for the anthocyanin during the seedlings growing season.The rise of leave anthocyanin concentration could be the main reason for Acer mono maxim leave changing color in the autumn.The highest increase of leave anthocyanin concentration was observed in the highest cultivation densities(1.5 million stems·hm-2),and the lowest increase was in the lowest cultivation densities(0.6 million stems·hm-2).Hence,it is optimum to select seedling cultivation density of 1.2 million stems·hm-2 to achieve high growth rate,and 1.5 million stems·hm-2 to yield the best effect of color changing.
