摘要
应用微波辅助提取法提取虎杖中的大黄素,采用正交试验法考察微波输出功率、虎杖粒径、浸提时间等3因素对提取率的影响。以优选出的微波浸提方案为实验组,以常规水提法及乙醇回流法为对照组,进行平行实验。结果表明:微波提取法明显优于常规水提法及乙醇回流提取法。采用微波辅助技术,输出功率480W,对200目100g虎杖粉用70%乙醇,累计浸提20min,大黄素得率为1.63%。
Microwave assisted extraction(MAE) was used to extract emodin from Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb, et Zucc, The orthogonal test design was used to optimize the effects of microwave power, particle size and extraction time on the extraction yield of emodin, Parallel tests were carried out including the optimal process, water extraction method and ethanol refluxing method. The results showed that particle size of P, cuspidatum and microwave power are the significant factors with P 〈 0. 01 and P 〈 0.05, respectively and time is an affective factor on the extraction of emodin(0. 05 〈 P 〈0.1 ), Microwave assisted extraction method is superior to water extraction and ethanol refluxing method. With 70 % alcohol aqueous solution, microwave power 480 W for 20 min, the yield of extraction of MAE was 1.63 %.
