摘要
研究了PP/HDPE/SBS三元共混物的性能。实验结果发现三元共混物的冲击韧性与SBS和HDPE含量的关系。通过技术经济分析,找到了PP/SBS/HDPE的最佳配比,并通过加入玻璃纤维,提高共混物的强度。经过改性的材料具有良好的韧性和强度以及耐热性能,基本达到了工程塑料的性能,扩大了聚丙烯的用途范围。
The feature of PP/HDPE/SBS blend was studied. As the result, the relation between the impact strength of pp blend with the content of HDPE/SBS is found. After technical economics analysis, the best compounds of PP/HDPE/SBS is found. The strength of the blend can be improved by add the glass fibre. The toughening and strength of the modified blend are well, it can be used as engineer platics in more and more application fields.
