摘要
本文研究了 PVC/LDPE/EVA 三元共混发泡体系的模压发泡工艺,主要讨论了工艺条件、组份及用量等因素对发泡体系性能的影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了泡孔结构的特点,所制泡沫塑料的容重为0.2～0.24kg/m^3性能良好,可用作鞋类和包装材料。
In This paper,the in-modol loaming technology of PVC/LDPE/EVAternary blend system was studied.The effects of technical condition,compc-sition and content on the properties of the foam were discussed.Foam stru-cture was observed by SEM.The volume weight of foam was 0.2-0.24kg/m^2.It may be used as making shoe and packaging material with its goodproperties.
