摘要
本实验选择了高速混合-单螺杆挤出造粒共混工艺路线,用苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改进聚丙烯(PP)的物理-机械性能,提高其冲击强度。实验结果表明,SBS改进PP的冲击强度随SBS用量的增加而增大,其他机械性能则随SBS的用量增加而降低。还研究了SBS用量对PP冲击强度、抗拉弧度、弯曲强度等的影响。并对采用Ca CO_3作填充剂改善制品的成型收缩率、提高刚性及其他机械性能也进行了探索。
Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene block copolymer(SBS)is used as modifierfor polypropylene. The PP/SBS blends have been prepared by method of high speedmixing and single extruder-compounder pelleting. The improvement of the physical properties of polypropylene modified.by SBS is mainly of the improve impact strength. It is found that along with the increase content of the SBS content,the impact strength of polypropylene increased, but other machenicalproperties decreased. This paper discussed the influrence of the SBS content on the impact.strength,tensile strength, flexural stress, etc, of polypropylene. This paper also discussed the improvement of the moulding shrinkagerate,the rigidity and machenical properties of the PP/SBS product:modified by CaCO_3.
