摘要
采用PET,PEG,PEG-PET三元共混纺丝,得到了耐久抗静电的PET改性纤维。用相差显微镜(PCM),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),观察了共混体系的形态结构。利用广角X光衍射(WAXD)及差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了共混纤维的结晶与熔融。并比较了各共混比对纤维的力学性能、抗静电性能及其耐久性的影响。发现PEG-PET中PEG链段与纯PEG的共混比为1:3.5,PEG总加入量为4.5%(质量)的三元共混纤维的抗静电性好,表面比电阴为10~3g·Ω/cm^2,经20次洗涤后表面比电阻仅上升了一个数量级,且吸湿性及可纺性均佳。
A three-component (PET, PEG, PEG-PET) blending spinning method is developed to get durable anti-static modified PET fibers. In this paper, PCM, SEM were used to investigate the morphological structure ofthe blending systems, and WAXD and DSC were used to study the crystallization and melting of several kindsof blending fibers. Comparing the mechanical and the anti-static properties of a series of different blend-ratiofibers, it is found that when total PEG contents was 4. 5 percent (weight), the weight ratio of PEG chains inPEG-PET to PEG being 1 to 3. 5, the anti-static property of the blending fibers was best, the surface resis-tivity was 10~5 g·Ω/cm^2. When the fibers had undergone twenty times of washing. the surface resistivity in-creased only one power grade, the hygroscopicity and the spinnability were good, too.
