摘要
以某转炉尘泥的磁选尾矿为原料,研究其对铜离子的吸附效果和吸附行为。结果表明:尘泥磁尾去除铜离子的适合条件是尘泥磁尾投加量为8.0g/L,铜离子初始浓度为20mg/L,反应时间为50min,此时Cu2+去除率为97.86%。吸附行为的影响因素依次为尘泥磁尾投加量>铜离子溶液初始浓度>反应时间。吸附反应以表面吸附为主,伴随少量置换反应。
The absorption effect and absorption behavior of tailings of magnetic separation of converter sludge as test samples on copper ion were investigated.The results show that removal rate of Cu^2+ can reach 97.86%,companying with the suitable conditions,that is,the tailings of magnetic separation of converter sludge of 8.0 g/L in dosage,concentration of Cu^2+ of 20 mg/L and the reaction time 50 min.The importance of adsorption factors are shown as follows:the dosage of tailings initial concentration of copper ion solution reaction time.The adsorption reaction mainly consists of the surface adsorption with somewhat replacement reaction accompanied.
