摘要
介绍了转炉污泥冷固球团的制作工艺过程,选择在不同的试验条件下,对比压力、水分及粘结剂用量,分析了球团的冶金性能以及有关物理化学参数,将转炉污泥冷固球团应用到高炉冶炼工业性试验,结果表明:用冷固球团能代替原矿,消除了尘泥堆积污染,且为企业清洁生产、循环经济产生效益;提出了转炉污泥应用研究方面的相关结论。
Process of OG sludge recovery with production of cold-hardened pellets is introduced. The metallurgical performance and physico-chemical characteristics of the pellets produced with different pressures, moistures and binders are analyzed. The test of using such pellets in blast furnace was successful. The results showed that the pollution caused by dust and sludge accumulation can be eliminated for clean production and recycling economy.
