摘要
通过巴西BV钢厂烧结工艺设计,对OG泥回收提出了一种新的干式利用方法。即将OG泥、高炉返矿、钢铁厂粉尘三种杂料按一定比例配合,在搅拌机中进行混匀,制成小球后配入烧结混合料。该工艺在投产后效果良好。
Through the sintering process design of Brazilian BV Steel Pant, a new process for OG slurry recovering was proposed, i.e. proportioning three revert materials (OG slurry, BF returns and dedusting fines) in certain ratio ,and then mixing in intensive mixer, at last forming quasi-particle to add in sinter mix. The perfect process effect was gained as this process commissioning.
