摘要
提出了一种新的高灵敏测定抗坏血酸的荧光分析法.抗坏血酸与Cu2+在pH为7.40的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中生成羟基自由基,然后羟基自由基与苯甲酸反应形成荧光物质.建立了测定抗坏血酸的适合条件,测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为(0.0128~1.92)×10-6g/mL,方法的检测限是7.75×10-9g/mL.对于8.56×10-7g/mL的抗坏血酸测定6次,其相对标准偏差为1.6%.
A new spectrofluorimetric method for determining ascorbic acid was proposed by the athors. First, the athors let ascorbic acid react with Cu2+ ions to form a hydroxyl radical in phosphate buffer at pH7.4 , and then let the hydroxyl radical react with benzoic acid to form a fluorescent product. The optimal experimental determining conditions were established. The linear range of this method was (0.0128~1.92) ×10-6g/mL of AA. The detection limit was calculated to be 0.00775×10-6g/mL . The relative standard deviation of this method was 1.6 % at 0.856 ×10-6g/mL for 6 runs.
