Experimental Research on Enhancing Heat Transfer in Grinding Contact Zone with Jet Impinging During Intermittent Creep Feed Grinding

摘要 在缓进给磨削时烧伤机理分析的基础上,提出了高压射流冲击强化磨削弧区换热的创新构想,并通过缓进给断续磨削时施加侧向射流冲击弧区的磨削实验研究其换热效果。实验结果表明,射流冲击强化换热技术确是提高弧区换热效率的有效方法,且射流速度越高,换热效果越好。 A new method of enhancing heat transfer in grinding contact zone with jet impinging is presented on the basis of analysis on the mechanism of workpiece burn in creep feed grinding. The effect of heat transfer is studied through the grinding experiment of jet flank impinging on grinding contact zone during intermittent creep feed grinding. Experimental results show that the technology of enhancing heat transfer of through jet impinging is a effective method for raising heat transfer rate in grinding contact zone, and the more higher jet velocity, the better effect of heat transfer. It will be widely used to solve the problems of grinding burn of difficult to machining materials.
