摘要
首先对开槽砂轮的断续磨削进行了理论分析,概述了砂轮内冷却方法及新研制的内冷却装置。在此基础上作为一种尝试,用带有螺旋形沟槽的砂轮及研制的砂轮内冷却装置试验磨削了难加工材料——等离子喷涂WC合金零件。结果表明,采用内冷却断续磨削方法不仅有助于改善磨削表面质量,而且可使金属去除率在相同表面粗糙度前提下比原磨削工艺提高一倍。
Making a theoretical analysis to the intermittent grinding with a slotted wheel, the built-in cooling for the slotted wheel and the newly-developed cooling system are described. An attempt has thus been made for grinding theparts made from plasma-sprayed WC alloy--a kind of D. T. G. material. Forthis purpose, several tests were conducted using a helical-slotted wheel with built-in cooling system.Experimental results show that not only the surface quality of workpiece can be improved further with high grinding ratio but also the metal removal rate will be doubled in comparison with conventional process if the surface roughness remains unchanged.
