摘要
建立了脆性材料压痕实验的理论模型 ,分析了脆性材料压痕实验条件下的比能 ,给出了单颗磨粒总比能计算公式。对脆性材料进行了超高速磨削实验 ,并对实验结果进行分析 ,得出了超高速冲击条件下 ,脆性材料可以产生塑性流动破坏的结论。根据实验结果 ,建立了超高速磨削冲击成屑模型 ,分析了超高速磨削条件下磨屑形成的基本原理 ,提出了超高速磨削条件下磨屑形成的新构想。
A theoretical model of indent experiment of the brittle material was established,the specific energy of the brittle material under indent experiments was analyzed,the calculation expression of the total specific energy for a single grain was given. Experimental process,phenomena and results of the indent were given. We have done ultra-high speed grinding experiments of brittle material,and have obtained results of ultra-high speed grinding experiments of brittle material,the results of ultra-high speed grinding experiments were analyzed. The conclusions are gained that brittle materials can produce the plastically flow breakage under the ultra-high speed shock. According to the impact experimental results of the brittle material,the model of chip-formation due to shock was built,the essetial mechanism of chip-formation was analyzed,a new conception of chip-formation was advanced under ultra-high speed grinding.
