摘要 提出一种基于故障关联因子(fault correlation factor,FCF)的广域后备保护新方法。该方法在系统正常运行情况下,根据网络拓扑结构及相量测量单元(phase measurement unit,PMU)的配置情况,初始化保护关联域;借助开关变位信息和启发式搜索技术快速更新保护关联域(protection correlation region,PCR)。在系统发生故障后,通过分析各关联域内差动电流故障稳态分量,界定故障关联域,实时计算该关联域内的故障关联因子,并据此确定具体的故障支路。新英格兰10机39节点系统的仿真结果表明:该方法不受系统运行方式的影响,计算简便,易于实现,且能够在PMU有限测点情况下快速、灵敏、可靠地判别故障位置。 A novel wide-area back-up protection to identify fault location is proposed based on fault correlation factor (FCF). Under the normal condition of the power system, the protection correlation region (PCR) is initially formed on the basis of the network topology and the phase measurement unit (PMU) placement. By using switclaing information of the circuit breaker and heuristic search algorithm, the original PCR is then updated rapidly. After the fault occurs, by analyzing the fault steady state component of differential current within each PCR, the fault correlation region is confirmed and then the FCF is calculated in real time to locate the fault. The simulation results of 10-generator 39-bus system verify that this method is immune to the system operation condition and is able to rapidly sensitively, and reliably identify fault location with limited measurement points and less computation.
