摘要
目前IEC 61850标准未对广域继电保护通信模型进行描述,为此以区域主站集中式广域继电保护系统结构为研究对象,根据IEC 61850标准层层包含的建模方法,给出了广域继电保护IED建模的一般步骤。然后,以220 kV数字化变电站和基于故障电压分布的广域继电保护算法为例,给出了遵循IEC 61850标准的广域继电保护主站和子站的树型结构模型,以及主站与子站的消息流交互过程。最后建立了通信服务模型,包括:客户端/服务器传输模型、模拟值传输模型和开关量传输模型。构建该通信模型的根本目的是实现广域继电保护IED与数字化变电站内其他IED间的互操作性。
At present,the model for wide-area relay protection is not yet described in IEC 61850 standards.For this reason,the paper takes the structure of concentrated wide-area relay protection system as research object,and according to the layer-on-layer modeling method of IEC 61850 standards,the paper presents generalized IED modeling procedures about wide-area relay protection system.Secondly,the paper takes the digital 220kV substation and the algorithm of wide-area relay protection based on fault voltage distribution for examples,master station's and slave stations'tree structure of wide-area relay protection and the interactive process model of message flow between master station and slave stations are given following the principles of IEC 61850 standards.Finally,the paper establishes communication service models,including the clients and server transmission model,the analog values transmission model,and the switching values transmission model.The essential purpose of constructing such communication model is to achieve the interoperability between the IEDs of wide-area relay protection system and other IEDs in digital substations.
