摘要
微机技术、通信技术的发展及其在电力系统中的应用推动了数字式差动保护的发展,从而使得在广域保护系统中应用电流差动保护成为可能。作者提出了一种基于图论方法的专家系统,根据SCADA系统中一次、二次设备状态信息及拓扑连接关系,在线确定各一次设备的电流差动主、后备保护区。属于同一保护区的保护装置间可以相互通信实现主、后备差动保护。文中分析并制定了专家系统的知识表示方法和搜索策略,并利用该专家系统生成了两种运行方式下的主、后备保护区。
With the development and application of IT and communication in power system, numerical current differential protection system has been developed, which facilitate the wide area current differential protection system. An expert system is proposed to select primary and backup protection zone online with system configuration information available from SCADA system, the protection units of the same protection zone communicate with each other and the protected units can thus be protected with current differential protection. Knowledge representation and search strategy has been proposed and the expert system has been applied to select primary and backup protection zone for two cases of system configuration.
