摘要
将１８８Ｒｅ一硫化铼混悬液注射到荷瘤小鼠肉瘤中，结果约８０％－９０％的放射性积聚在肿瘤内；向瘤中心先后两次注射２１．２ＭＢｑ１８８Ｒｅ一硫化铼液后，能有效抑制肉瘤生长，并无明显毒副作用；注射１８８ｂｅ一硫化铼组小鼠外周血ＷＢＣ数尽管比其余组小鼠低，但仍在正常范围内，对骨髓无明显影响。
The 188Re-sulfide suspension was injected into sarcoma mice interstitially. The result showed that the ratio of uptake of sarcomas was about 80%-90%, and the growth of sarcoma was depressed in all mice. When 21.2MBq 188Re-sulfide suspension were injected twice in each mouse, no any toxic effect was found. The white blood cells(WBC) in mice injected with 188Re-sulfide suspension was less than those of the other groups, but still within the normal level. No significant effect to the bone marrow was observed.
