摘要
用188W/188Re发生器淋洗液制备了骨肿瘤治疗剂188Re-HEDP。188Re-HEDP的最佳标记条件为:5mgHEDP,2.0mgSnCl2和1mgVc。在pH2.0的条件下,标记率大于95%,其体外12h内稳定性良好。在制备188Re-HEDP时加入辅剂,注射后4h,小鼠股骨摄取为(7.86±1.62)%ID/g;而对照组仅有(1.92±0.61)%ID/g(P<0.01)。兔全身显像清晰,说明188Re-HEDP是一个很有前途的骨肿瘤治疗剂。
188Re-HEDP have been prepared with 188Re eluted from a 188W/188Re generator.The best labelling condition is 5 mg HEDP, 2.0mg SnCl2, and 1 mg Vitamin C, PH2.0.Labelling yield is greater than 95%. The in vitro stability of 188Re-HEDP is good in 12 hours. By adding some adjunct reagent in preparation, femur uptake raised to 7.86 ±1.62%/g after 4 hours. As compared with control uptake 1.92±0.61%/g in mice (P<0.01). Clear whole body images of rabbit has been obtained. Thereby 188Re-HEDP is a good potential candidate for the treatment of bone tumor.
