摘要
以对甲苯磺酸催化合成巯基乙酸异辛酯，在130℃左右酯化2．5～3．5h，在110～180℃下减压蒸馏，收率可达90％以上．产品纯度98．5％以上。还对催化剂、带水剂的用量对反应的影响及不同催化剂的催化性能进行了比较。
The 2-ethylhexyl mercaptoacetate is synthesized by the catalysis of p-TSA at about130t for 2. 5-3. 5 hr, and then distilled at 110-180℃ under 1. 0-5. 5kPa, yield≥90%.The parity of the product is≥98. 5%. The effect of the mount of catalyst and benzene on esterification is described. The activities of different catalysts are compared.
