摘要
采用重结晶、减压蒸馏、洗涤等方法对含七种杂质的三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)工业品进行了精制。GC分析结果表明:采用减压蒸馏及乙酸乙酯重结晶并用的方法精制的TMP纯度接近于试剂级TMP。将α-甲基丙烯酸与用此法精制的TMP进行酯化,制得三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯,其色度为150APHA,明显好于其它精制方法的结果,与采用试剂级TMP制得的三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯色度相近。
This paper dicusses recrystallization ,reduced pressure distillation,cleaning and some other purification methods for seven kinds of industrial grade Trimethylolpropane (TMP)with impurities .It is reveal by GC analysis that the purity of the TMP ,treated by reduced pressure distillation and recrystallization in acetic ester ,approximates to that of the reagent grade TMP .The TMP,purified by the method esterified whth α-metacrylic acid can prepare trimethylolpropane trimetmyacrylate(TMPTMA) with color mumber 150 APHA,approximating to that of TMPTMA prepared with reagent grade TMP.Obviously ,it is better than that prepared by any other method.
