摘要
本文介绍以PC-05为催化剂的催化合成氯化石蜡-70的新方法.着重讨论催化氯化反应机理,催化反应速度和各因素对氯化过程的影响规律,并探讨催化法的优化条件.反应条件:氯化温度50~60℃,反应时间70~90分钟,氯气流速18~20〔克/公斤·分〕,催化剂浓度0.03~0.05%(重量).研究工作表明,催化氯化法具有反应速度快,生产周期短,产品质量好和工艺先进等优点.
In this paper, a new process is introduced for the catalytic synthesis of chlorinated paraffin-[70] with the PC-05 catalyst. The reaction mechanism and reaction rate as wll as the effects of various factors on the process are studied. The process optimization is also investigated. The reaction conditions are: chlorination temperature 50-60℃, reaction time 70-90 minutes, chlorine rate 18-20g/Kg·mi., catalyst consistence 0.03-0.05%(Wt.). It is found that with its advanced technology the catalytic process presented in this paper has a faster reaction rate and a shorter operation period than other processes.
