摘要 对硫氨酯生产中产生的巯基乙酸钠溶液进行酸化和异辛醇萃取处理后,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂合成了巯基乙酸异辛酯。对巯基乙酸含量为150g/L的萃取液,在反应温度110℃,反应时间1h,带水剂苯用量为30mL/50mL萃取液,对甲苯磺酸与巯基乙酸的质量比为1%的工艺条件下,酯化率可达93.0%。合成的巯基乙酸异辛酯产品的各项质量指标较好。 The by-product therglycolie acid sodium solution generated in the process of thionoearbamate's produing was acidified and extracted by isooctanol. Then under the catalysis of P-Toluene sulphonic acid, iaooetyl mereaptoaeetate was made. As for the organic phase contended therglyeolie acid (150g/L), under the teehnlcal arts that reaction temperature was 110℃, reaction time was lh, benzene usage was 30mL/50mL organic phase, P-Toluene sulphonie acid: therglycolic acid=1%: 1 (mass), esterifiable yield got to 93.0%.The synthesized isooetyl mercaptoacetate was in excellent quality.
