摘要
研究了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐的合成工艺,选出了较佳的工艺条件。烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚羧甲基化反应的较好条件为:在50~55℃的温度下,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)与氯乙酸、氢氧化钠的摩尔比为1∶1.3∶1.69,反应3h。其转化率可达到78%以上。产物有良好的表面活性,其0.2%活性物含量的水溶液的表面张力为33.1×10-3N/m,去污力为57.7%。
The synthesis process of alkyl-phenol-ethoxylate-carboxylate was researched and preferred process conditions were chosen as follows: at 50~55℃, alkyl-phenol-ethoxylate(OP) reacted with chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide(mole ratio:1∶1.3∶1.69) for 3 hours. The resultant convertion rate reached more than 78 percent. The product has good surface activity. The surface tension of aqueous solution with 0.2% activated compound of the product is 33.1×10-3N/m and stain removing power 57.7%.
