摘要
本文采用酸前法合成工艺,探讨了木薯淀粉羧甲基化反应的一般规律;考察了反应时间、反应温度、配料比等因素对产物取代度和粘度的影响,通过正交试验,找到了最佳工艺条件,并对产物的性能与羧甲基纤维素(CMC)进行了对比测试。
This paper discusses the general rule of the carboxylation methylation reaction of cassava starch by use of the synthesis technics of acid first method, and observes the effect of reaction time, temperature, ratio of mixture on the substitution degree and viscosity degree of products. The optimum conditions of technics are obtained by perpendicular experiment, and the products properties are tested and contrasted with carboxylation methylation cellulose.
