通过正交试验详细研究了脂肪醇醚羧酸盐的用量、脱脂温度、ｐＨ值及脱脂时间对猪皮脱脂效果的影响，确定了脂肪醇醚羧酸盐的最适脱脂工艺条件。表３，图３。
Abstract The influence of dosage of fatty alcohol ether carboxylate,degreasing temperature,pH value and degreasing time on the degreasing effect of pigskin was studied in detail by L 9(3 4) experiment.The optimum degreasing conditions of fatty alcohol ether carboxylate were determined.
