Content Determination of Patchouli Alcohol in Baoji Pills by Gas Chromatography

摘要 目的:建立以气相色谱法测定保济丸中百秋李醇含量的方法,制定并完善保济丸的质量标准。方法:采用非极性毛细管柱AT.SE-54(15m×0.25mm×0.33μm),柱温采用程序升温:起始150℃,保持23min,以8℃·min-1速率升至230℃,保持2min,进样口温度为280℃,检测器(FID)温度为280℃,载气为氮气,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:百秋李醇进样量在0.12~0.36μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.62%,RSD=4.69%。结论:该方法稳定、结果可靠、重复性好,可作为保济丸质量控制标准之一。 OBJECTIVE:To develop gas chromatography (GC) method for the content determination of patchouli alcohol in Baoji pills and to establish the quality standard of it.METHODS:The determination was performed on AT.SE-54 capiltary column (15 m×0.25 mm×0.33 μm).The increase of column temperature was controlled by programming; the initial temperature was 150 ℃ and maintained for 23 min, and then rose at 8 ℃·min-1 up to 230 ℃ for 2 min.The injector temperature and detector temperature were both 280 ℃.Nitrogen was used as carrier and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS:The linear ranges of patchouli alcohol was 0.12~0.36 μg (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 98.62% (RSD=4.69%).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Baoji pills.
